Founded in 2014, Anna Patten Design is a bespoke interior design practice based in Sevenoaks, working with clients across Kent and the Southeast. As a Registered Interior Designer with the British Institute of Interior Design, Anna brings integrity, creativity and a keen eye for detail to her projects which include luxury new builds, renovations and extensions of family homes, listed properties, holiday cottages and garden rooms.
After an earlier career in the City, Anna brings a rare commercial edge to her design practice. She presents ideas persuasively and honestly, articulating the thinking behind a scheme as confidently as she conveys it visually. She listens carefully to the brief, questioning her clients to draw out their key priorities and preferences and builds strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, suppliers and trades alike.
Anna works closely with her clients from the initial kick-off meeting through to project completion, working collaboratively and flexibly, in person and on site. She offers two services: a Full Design Service which can start at the pre-planning stage, incorporating architectural detailing, space planning, colour schemes, lighting, furniture, soft furnishings and FF&E procurement and a Designer By Your Side service for clients who are managing a project themselves but would like the support of a design professional. Both services utilise CAD floorplans, elevations, 3D models and renders as well as traditional mood boards and flat lay sample boards.
Clients choose Anna Patten Design because they want more than a beautiful result, they want a process they can trust and genuinely enjoy. Anna combines a warm, approachable manner with real professional rigour, guiding clients through decisions they might otherwise find overwhelming and bringing an expert eye, a trusted supplier network and a wealth of technical knowledge that’s simply out of reach without support. The outcome is a home that not only looks and feels exactly right but was a pleasure to create.

FAQ's
What is the aim of The Construction Hub?
The aim of The Construction Hub is to help businesses grow through trusted relationships and collaboration.
We bring together people involved in the design, construction and improvement of luxury homes across West Kent, creating opportunities to build genuine connections, share knowledge and collaborate on projects.
We believe the best opportunities come from knowing and trusting the right people. By building relationships within our community, we help businesses work together, recommend one another and deliver better outcomes for their clients.
Can I still come if you already have someone attending in the same profession?
Yes.
The Construction Hub is not built around exclusivity. We believe that great people in the same profession can bring different skills, experiences and approaches to a project.
One person’s strengths may complement another’s, creating opportunities to collaborate rather than compete. Our focus is not on limiting connections – it is on creating a community where people know, respect and trust one another.
Is there a membership fee for The Construction Hub?
No. There is no membership fee to attend The Construction Hub.
Each event is individually priced to cover the costs of hosting the event, including venue hire, refreshments and administration.
For businesses who want to become more involved in the community, we also offer a Partnership Programme, which includes additional benefits such as complimentary tickets to our events.
Do you make a profit from the event?
The Construction Hub is run on a not-for-profit basis.
Income from ticket sales covers the costs of running the community, including event costs, website management and administration. Any surplus after these costs is donated to our chosen charity, Taylor Made Dreams.
This means that by attending The Construction Hub, you are not only investing in your own professional relationships – you are also contributing to something far beyond our industry.
Are any businesses not able to attend?
The Construction Hub is designed for businesses involved in the construction, design and improvement of luxury homes, as well as specialist businesses that support this sector.
To ensure the community remains relevant and valuable for everyone attending, businesses must be appropriately qualified and insured within their field.
We are not a general business networking group. Our focus is on bringing together the people who shape luxury homes and the trusted specialists who support them.
